The PMO AI Power Day is an intensive one-day workshop by Holert in which PMO teams learn how to integrate AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and Atlassian Rovo into their project management processes. The PMO AI Power Day is designed for PMO leaders, project managers, and digital transformation officers who want to leverage AI in project and portfolio management. No prior AI experience is required. The workshop is hands-on and tailored to participants' existing Microsoft 365 or Atlassian environment.

Which AI tools are covered in the PMO AI Power Day?

The workshop focuses on Microsoft Copilot (including Copilot Studio for building your own agents, as well as the new Copilot Cowork and Scout agents) and Atlassian Rovo (AI for Jira and Confluence). Participants learn how to use these tools to automate status reporting, meeting summaries, risk identification, and resource planning in their existing PPM environment.

What is the outcome of the PMO AI Power Day?

After the PMO AI Power Day, participants have a clear understanding of which AI use cases are most relevant for their PMO, a prioritized AI roadmap with concrete next steps, and at least one live AI workflow implemented during the workshop. Holert provides a written summary and recommendations for follow-up actions.

What does the PMO AI Power Day cost?

The PMO AI Power Day costs €2,500 plus VAT and travel expenses for on-site sessions. Remote delivery is available with no additional travel costs.
