No frontal teaching - you work directly on your own projects and take away configurations that can be used immediately.


Step 1 - Analysis & preparation

  • We analyze your current Jira setup and your PMO processes in a short preparatory meeting (30 min).
  • On this basis, we adapt the training content to your specific challenges - whether portfolio management, resource planning or reporting.
  • You will receive an agenda tailored to your company in advance.

Step 2 - Intensive training (1-2 days)

  • Hands-on training with your own Jira projects - no generic demos.
  • You will get to know all Jira and Rovo functions for governance, hybrid project management and cross-project planning as well as helpful add-ons from Atlassian and third-party providers.
  • Each participant actively participates - including exercises on real use cases from your company.

Step 3 - Anchoring & follow-up

  • After the training, you will receive a summary of the configurations and best practices developed.
  • In the following two weeks, we will meet twice for a one-hour follow-up meeting to clarify open questions and ensure successful implementation.
  • On request, we can also support you with further improvements in your Atlassian environment.
