Requirements for installation in your Microsoft 365/Azure tenant

Altus and Projectum xPM are apps for project and portfolio management that can be fully installed in your Microsoft 365 tenant. You therefore have full control over the solution. This architecture offers you the advantage of simple and secure integration into your existing infrastructure..

The installation of both solutions is largely automated. We are happy to carry out the installation together with an IT administrator from your company. Only this person needs increased rights.  Here are the requirements in detail:

For both solutions

• The IT administrator must have Power Platform Administrator or Global Administrator rights for your Microsoft 365 environment.
• An Entra ID account (installation account)
• The installation account and all test users need a subscription for Microsoft 365 with Teams, e.g. E3, Power Apps per App or Power Apps Premium and Power BI Pro.

For Altus

• Internet access to *.altus.pro
• For full functionality, the creation of Microsoft 365 groups should be allowed for the test user and Power Automate and Exchange Online should be available.

For Projectum xPM

• Some functions of Projectum xPM, including the Data Warehouse, require Azure resources, so up to five Azure Resource Groups (Product Suite, Team Planner, Time for Teams, Power Hub PresentIt) are required and the IT administrator must be the owner of these (Resource Group Owner).
